Timesheet Process
Please read carefully:
The process for getting paid.
- For each payroll period, employees are required to submit a form through google drive. Follow this link.
Please, Follow this format (It helps me when compiling the data) and refer to the payroll schedule in the employee center to submit your timesheets.
Classes:
Date – Location – Art or Science or Robotics – # of classes: (This is where you enter for classes taught)
Hourly:
Date – Event/location – in/out time – # of hours: (This is for hourly work such as training, open houses, special events, meetings, etc….)
Other (reimbursements, parties, etc.) (This is for when you have to buy something for class and need to be reimbursed. You should always ask first if possible. If you teach a party, etc..)
Example:
Classes:
1.23.2024 – MVE- Art – 1 (Then start new line, keeping each class on its own line helps me compile the data)
1.24.2024 – Davis – Robotics – 1
1.27.2024 – Keheley – Science – 1
Total Classes – 3 (Please include totals in each section)
Hourly:
2.1.2024 – LWE festival – 8am – 12pm – hours: 4 (make sure to put the in and out time and # of hours)
2.20.2024 – Training – 9am – 4pm – hours: 7
Total Hours: 11
Other (reimbursements, etc.)
paper – $4.00
Party – 2.10.2024 – Sweet Treats – $60
Party Tip – 2.10.2024 – Sweet Treats – $20
Total Other: $84
