Payroll Schedule

How to read the payroll schedule.

  • Column 1, Pay Period, – We have 26 pay periods through the year.  (every two weeks)
  • Column 2 & 3, Beginning of Pay Period and End of Pay Period.  – This is the two weeks of time that you are including on your timesheet.  You will only turn in time for work that you did within this time period.
  • Column 4, due date for time sheets.  This is the date that time sheets are due to be submitted.
  • Column 5, Payroll Date,  This is the date that we will process payroll and submit your checks to be direct deposited.

Summarize:  You will turn in your time sheets Every two weeks on Monday for the work that you completed for the prior two weeks.  On Thursday, we will process payroll and submit your paychecks for direct deposit.  The funds usually hit your bank on Friday.

I know there is a lag of a week for getting paid for your time, but it all works out that you will be getting a check every two weeks.  If you have any questions about the process.  Give me a call at 404.435.7217
