Cancellation Policy

We are sorry to see you go!

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

For After School Classes, tuition refunds are only available when providing The STEAM Club with written advance notice. Discounts will be removed and free items will be charged based on the current selling price

  • For cancellations made during Weeks 1–4, refunds will be prorated based on the number of weeks attended.
  • For cancellations made during Weeks 5–8, refunds will be prorated, but capped at 50% of the total tuition paid.

  • For cancellations made during Weeks 9–12no refunds will be issued unless there is a significant hardship(documentation may be required).

    All cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

For Summer Camps, full refunds will be given until April 1st. A 75% refund will be given between April 2nd and May 15th. All registration cancellations will incur a $50 fee to cover our administration and registration fees. No refunds will be made after May 16th. However, you can transfer your registration into any other open camps without any additional charges.

For Parties, deposits can be transferred.  There is a $50 cancellation fee if the party is cancelled prior to one week of the scheduled date.  No refunds given within a week of the party, but you can reschedule.
