Cancellation Policy

We are sorry to see you go!

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

For After School Classes, tuition refunds are only available when providing The STEAM Club with written advance notice. Discounts will be removed and free items will be charged based on the current selling price.  Refunds will be based on remaining unused classes at $15 per class.  All cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

COVID Cancellation Policies:
– If any class is cancelled prior to the start date of class, a 95% refund will be issued to the card on file. 5% of tuitions are automatically consumed at registration as a credit card processing fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to recoup these fees once they have been incurred during registration.
– If a class is cancelled after the start date, we have implemented the necessary systems to transfer most classes to either virtual format, or small in person classes at our East Cobb Studio, so most cancellation will transition to a new class environment. Students will receive the same high-quality instruction as classes at your current school. Provisions for supplies will be made for students transitioning into virtual.
– Students not eligible for transition to virtual or in person classes at our Studio will receive partial refunds for classes that are cancelled after the start date. Partial refunds are determined by the number of remaining classes, minus the costs of supplies and fees associated with the class that cannot be recouped in the event of a cancellation.

For Summer Camps, full refunds will be given until April 1st. A 75% refund will be given between April 2nd and May 15th. All registration cancellations will incur a $50 fee to cover our administration and registration fees. No refunds will be made after May 16th. However, you can transfer your registration into any other open camps without any additional charges.

For Parties, deposits can be transferred.  There is a $50 cancellation fee if the party is cancelled prior to one week of the scheduled date.  No refunds given within a week of the party, but you can reschedule.
